Git-Committed to Wellness Bingo Challenge

Dates: June 1 - July 31, 2021

Join us for a series of health and wellness initiatives while learning more about GitLab! Keep an eye out for a welcome package containing your Bingo card and for emails from GitLab that detail additional ways to complete a Bingo square!

Mark off the Bingo squares as you complete the challenges to be eligible for prizes!

Awesome Prizes You Can Win:

• $50 Lululemon gift card for the first 25 participants to complete and submit a Bingo
• Bowflex SelectTech 552 dumbbells randomly drawn from all cards are entered.
• Vitamix Blender for the first 3 participants to complete and submit the central vertical Bingo.
• Apple Watch SE for the first 3 participants to complete and submit the central horizontal Bingo.
• Yeti Roadie 24 Hard cooler for the first 5 participants to complete and submit all 25 boxes of the Bingo Card.

Once you’ve completed all or part of your Bingo Card, email a photo of your Bingo Card to [email protected] and [email protected] and put Bingo Card Submission in the subject line.

Game Rules

With the exception of the Lululemon gift card and the Bowflex SelectTech 552 dumbbells which may be awarded to one winner, you can only win a maximum of one prize. You can only submit your Bingo Card once. If you submit a Bingo Card that is eligible to win multiple prizes, you will only win the highest value prize for which your submission is eligible.

Where completion of a box on the Bingo Card requires registration for, or attendance at, a GitLab event, we will verify your registration or attendance at the relevant event. If we cannot verify your registration or attendance, your submission will not be accepted.

You need to submit your Bingo Card by midnight July 31, 2021 for a chance to win.
